    Here you will learn how to take advantage of the functions of your back office.

    There are many tools in your back office that can drastically help you with organizing leads and improving your overall progress.

    You can manage leads,
    Send customized auto responses,
    Send out broadcasts to groups of converted leads,
    Analyze the traffic that is coming in
    and much much more!

    The only difference between the people who are making a lot of money with certain programs and the people that are making next to nothing in the same or similar programs is the ones making the money are utilizing all the tools that they have and are constantly keeping an eye on their progress.

    Lets Get Started with the Basic functions.

    Start with logging into your back office here:
    (It would be a good idea to bookmark this portal for quick access in the future)

    Once you are logged in lets focus our attention on the navigation list here:

    My Personal Info– Here you can change any of your personal info like your name, address and phone number. This is also the area where you input your referral id#s.
    (Please refer to the Quick Start guide for info on id#s)
    You also have the option of changing the intro and overview videos.
    Simply put the url to the video or videos you want to display in the Overview Video Embed or Intro Video Embed box. Whenever you edit your information remember to click the save changes button.

    View Stats– Here you can view how many visitors have seen your page and how many have signed up. You can also see your conversion ratio so you can know how well your campaign is working.

    There are many ways to crunch your numbers here so look around a little bit.

    View Leads– With this feature you will be able to view information gathered from all the leads captured by your capture page. When they arrive in this system they are considered ACTIVE and will automatically start receiving the scheduled emails that you have set up for them. If you sign them up, then you would want to click “Lead Converted” so that they do not receive the autoresponse emails anymore since they are already a completed referral. You can also choose to delete them or set them to inactive at anytime.When you make changes to their status you can view them as a group by scrolling down the lead columns in that feature page.

    Capture Pages– Here you can choose between a different variety of landing pages if that option is available.

    Edit AutoResponses– Here you can edit all the emails that your leads will be receiving.
    It also lets you set how many days after they filled out your capture page before each email will go out to them. You have the option of making them inactive if you wish to stop any from going out. You can also edit what the message says as well. A well detailed autoresponse message can convert a lead that filled out your capture page and left because they were not interested at that time.

    Edit Signature– With this feature you can type in the information that you want displayed at the bottom of all the emails that are being sent to your leads. As an example you could type in your Name, phone number and perhaps the best time to call. When you click on this feature you will see at the top an example of the email that is sent out to your leads when they first fill out the form. Now, at the bottom of the screen is where you can type in the signature portion that will then always be included in all the emails that are sent out to your lead groups. You also can click on the editing tools to take advantage of all the formatting options available to customize your signature.

    Send a Broadcast– You can send broadcasts to any group of leads you choose at any time. Say for an example you want to motivate a group of leads that converted that day. You would simple click Send a Broadcast, select the lead group at the bottom, then write the message you have for them and submit. The broadcaster will email every lead in that group and only that group. What makes this function so powerful is you can keep in contact with certain leads and always keep the door open to up sell.

    Calender– This is a basic calender that allows you to set appointments to follow up on leads. To set an appointment just scroll to the bottom and add an item to the calender. Fill in date, time, title and description of the appointment. After that click add appointment and you are good to go.

    Aweber plug-in– You can use Aweber Professional autoresponse service to handle your contacts and autoresponses instead of using our system. In our opinion we strongly recommend their service because it is more stable and has tons of functions that we do not offer at this time. Aweber is the internet’s number one autoresponse service because of their efficiency,speed and customer support.     Html Form code– This section allows you to get the html code if you want to place an opt-in form on your website or some other website like a blog or any other page. When the code is inserted into a website, blog or page correct it will appear like this:

    First Name

    Last Name
